monitoring of position processing and position quality<o:p></o:p>Job Duties<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Oversees the automatic Position
processing for all projects.<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Provides coaching and training to teams
as needed.<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Solves any failed projects using 2nd
line processes.<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Assists with pre- and post-sales
support on questions with position accuracy and requirements<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Translates customer requirements on
positioning into the project plan<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Educates our internal team and
customers on positioning and the quality delivery report<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Monitors results from the automatic
processing and improve them to prior quality specifications<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Communicates with internal teams on
any positioning issues/problems<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Monitors incoming data flow for
projects<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Communicates with reference data
providers as needed<o:p></o:p>Education and Experience<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in
Geodesy / Civil Engineering / Mathematics / Astronomy / Physics or related
field is preferred<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Min 2 years’ experience in a
Positioning role or related experience <o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Good exposure in Geodesy /
Navigation and Mapping and Remote Sensing and GIS <o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Background in measurement statistics
and an understanding of Global Satellite Navigation Systems<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Basic understanding of Co-ordinate
Systems and Reference data , Measurements , Accuracy <o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
General Knowledge in GNSS /IRNSS ,
inertial measurement technology and /or LiDAR a plus<o:p></o:p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
Good communication skills<o:p></o:p>
