Responsibilities <ul><li>Scheduling and prioritization&nbsp;of planning work activities. </li><li>Attending plan virtual walkthroughs of a design plan with PMs and surveyors, raising issues and able to take onboard any feedback and changes require Data Analysis &amp; Network Optimization E2E FTTP/FTTC network (OLT/ODF&amp;OCR, Spine, Access)</li><li> Planning &amp; Design experience at Openreach Projects.</li><li>Expertise in Subtended (X17 &amp; X2) headend Planning</li><li>Leading and managing key aspects of technology delivery in support of key Openreach products including Fibre based products.</li><li>Good Knowledge in Openreach Physical infrastructure access.</li><li>Giving support to all the members of the planning team especially the new starters</li><li>Creation of efficient and accurate detailed job packs</li><li>Quality Checking planning documents created by in-house employees and external partners.</li><li> Applying technical and quality knowledge and processes to deliver agreed CE network build targets.</li><li>Enthusiasm to drive innovation and technology into all our work and process.</li><li>Progress reporting on planning work activities </li><li>Ensure accurate completion of all planned submissions and work is completed on time </li><li>Quality Checking planning documents created by in-house employees and external partners </li><li>Progress reporting on planning work activities</li><li>Tracking &amp; reporting network delivery progress by using appropriate reporting tools and systems. Skills &amp; Experience</li><li>Access network planning experience - good civils and fibre planning experience</li><li>Expertise in ISP &amp; OSP planning and design networks.Planning knowledge out to the homes across legacy and current telco access network topologies</li><li>Proven track record of planning successful projects</li><li>Ability to draw together different technical disciplines</li><li>Able to communicate with people across multiple locations and at different levels</li><li>Able to identify and work with key stakeholders inside and outside of the business</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy coupled with a can do attitude</li><li>A total awareness and understanding of current health and safety procedures for working in the UK is essential</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and being PC literate - MS Word, Excel</li></ul>
